A young teenager, Pendulum, lives with The Clockmaker in a house filled with different creations. When a new friend, Cleo, comes to life, they discover The Clockmaker is not as altruistic as he seems and that Pendulum may be more powerful than she thinks.

About the Filmmakers

Catalina Cielo, Stevie Cavalier, and Bethany Livers

Seventeen-year-old Bethany Livers, writer and producer of Hours to Minutes to Seconds, is a New Orleans native and currently attends high school at New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts. For Hours to Minutes to Seconds, Bethany teamed up with award-winning directors, Catalina Cielo & Stevie Cavalier of Barking Sand Productions, LLC, to have them co-direct the production. Catalina Cielo holds a BA in Political Economics with a focus on mass incarceration reform and studied acting at The Lee Strasberg Institute of Method Acting. Stevie holds an MFA in Film Production from the University of New Orleans and taught film production part-time at Tulane University for several years.
